In order to raise your vibration and frequency, live in a higher dimension, and experience an amazing reality, you have to remove any low vibrational energies (negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, emotions, etc.) because these are keeping you in lower dimensions and weighing you down. All you have to do is muscle test to find out which emotion needs to be cleared and then swipe a magnet to clear it. Court of Atonement: If you are having issues with other people, the website https://www.courtofatonement.com/  provides an amazing way to clear any conflicts. On the homepage you will see the “Court of Atonement Statement” that can be used by just saying your name and that of the person you are having issues with. On the blog you will also find many other Court of Atonement statements that you can use to clear beliefs (the blog post “Change Your Beliefs”), regret (the blog post “Discharging Regrets”), and other issues. There are also “speed calls” that remove negative energy and clear even more things by just saying a simple, short statement. The Body Channel: The website https://thebodychannel.com/ provides a very easy way to clear negative energy, thoughts, emotions, low vibrations, and more by just listening to an mp3. It also has many mp3s to heal physical body issues. You don’t even have to sit in silence and listen…you can do it while you work, play, or sleep! By signing up for their email list, you get a free mp3 so you can try it out. You have to go to your “customer download page” to find your free mp3, and there you will see even more free mp3s that clear stress and other things!

Global Enlightenment Project: On this page https://www.globalenlightenmentproject.com/sacred-prayers you will find free prayers (if you don’t resonate with the word “prayers”, they explain that these are actually maps of intent, not “typical” prayers). These “prayers/maps of intent” cleanse negative energy and do amazing things like clearing any conscious and subconscious blocks (“Prayer to Remove Conscious & Subconscious Blocks and 3rd Dimensional Conditioning”). If you say it every day, it will clear more and more. You can look at the list of prayers/maps of intent and see if any resonate with you.
